Richard has lived the majority of his life in North Burnaby with his Wife and 2 children. He loves all the things Vancouver has to offer including Skiing, Golfing, Biking and has recently started taking tennis lessons. Richard bases both his personal life and real estate career on his personal beliefs including honesty, patience, attentiveness and accountability.
